Help support the OK FFA Association by ordering an Oklahoma FFA Car Tag! To order, access the Oklahoma Tax Commission application form below or go to your local Tag Agency.

The license plate will cost $41.15 ($35.00 plus $6.15 mailing fee) for a new or replacement plate. Renewal decals are $36.66. Twenty dollars of the fee will go to support the Oklahoma FFA Foundation.
